Why the list is short
We cap the register at two properties per physical site, so a park selling a dozen near-identical units contributes its best two rather than a dozen. In the Cotswolds that cuts harder than the raw supply suggests. A short list you can trust is worth more than a long one nobody checked — and this page grows on its own the next time the feeds bring something through that passes.
Prices run higher here; a hot tub barn conversion in the quieter north Cotswolds is usually better value than the honeypot villages.
